Same ol' boring story, but this time...it involves SUNSHINE! The last few days I have been able to sneak a bit of the rays in on my skin and it feels great! Renee has been home on break this week with girls thus allowing me a bit of free time outside. The basement spinning nest has seen better days and I HATED that thing in mid-January. Glad to get in a few running and riding miles outside...thatz allz I'm saying!
