It's Go Time, Brother!

I've decided to take the plunge and dedicate some time to the upcoming season. Okay, okay...serious time. I've realized over the past two years that trying to compete and train only 1-2 days per week doesn't work. Mad Science... will prevail!

I know the time I spend will pay dividends to more parts in my life than in actual weekend warrior races. Last year at this time I dedicated many, many hours to running and was loving the daily feeling of accomplishing simple daily goals. I want to regain that feeling and share it with my family and pals!

I'm about 90% recovered from a torn plantar ligament suffered this past spring and started running this past week again :). Baby steps, people...baby steps!

What is my plan? - Going to implement some cross fitness exercises, continue to concentrate on cycling intervals (indoors and outdoors) and re-introduce running 3 days per week.

2011 is gonna be fun!!!!

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all! I’m looking forward to the Holiday break with the lovely ladies in my life :)
