I know we all have busy days and trying to squeeze in a workout is the last thing on the list of priorities. I have tried really hard to make my workouts more of priority lately.
At the end of the day I realize the simple daily workouts I do actually enhance my attitude, my fitness, my overall health....making me a better father, husband, and more productive in my career. I know,... I know modern science has been telling people this for years. Some of us just need to EXPERIENCE it first hand to appreciate the effects of a little SWEAT!
