I JUST FINISHED up a run. Not a long fast run...but a nice 4.5 mile jog. I made a goal to either run or ride 365 consecutive days this year. Sure, I have a set of parameters that must be met. Its not like I will count the run down the drive to the mailbox, but reasonable sweat breaking runs and rides.
I'm pretty pumped up about getting after some goals this year. I don't know what it is, but lookout!
