Long Days & Short Nights

Have you ever had them? I'm sure you have and you probably know exactly what I'm talking about. The day never seems to end...It's about 11:45 and I JUST FINISHED my daily ride and a quick meeting about the new site. Not much to talk about, just a simple trainer ride. I'm whooped and going to bed.
